Martin Garrix, Malaa, and Nora En Pure headline three stunning stream locales for MDL Beast’s Freqways series [Watch]
Even though 2020 has prevented the routine concert approach, it’s clear that there is still plenty to be thankful for considering the virtual venues from which artists have streamed their sets across all corners of the globe. As part of MDL Beast‘s ongoing monthly Freqways series, the Saudia Arabia festival brand tapped a triumvirate of Martin Garrix, Malaa, and Nora En Pure for its own Cercle stream of sorts, hosted across three distinct locations on October 22.
After initially teasing a full-length performance from the A’DAM Tower earlier this year, Martin Garrix followed through by returning to the rooftop of the iconic Amsterdam structure for more than an hour’s time, providing a breathtaking scope of the city’s sunset. Freshly removed from his third Illegal Mixtape delivery in mid-October, Malaa set sail on the Parisian waters beside the Eiffel Tower for a floating performance on the Seine river. Perhaps the most electrifying setting of the three belonged to Nora En Pure, who stood atop Croatia’s Vidova Gora, the Adriatic Islands’ highest peak, for an hour of melodic selections from the island of Brac.
While Malaa is the only one to officially upload it to YouTube at the time of writing, all three performances are now available and can be viewed in full here.
