Stir crazy? Fear not, Dillon Francis has you covered with new ‘Bored In The House’ remix
For nearly a decade now, Dillon Francis‘ comedic stylings have become a relieving staple in dance music. His latest lands firmly in “don’t take yourself too seriously” territory, taking a 127-BPM approach to Curtis Roach’s TikTok-popularized pandemic cut, “Bored In The House.”
Avid Francis followers have been waiting all of quarantine for this remix as the Grammy-nominated producer took to the streaming platform with the new remix all the way back in March. Thankfully, he’s now released this gem in hopes that is might help fans alleviate a boredom streak that is now eight months long (and counting).
The song features a classic Francis moombahton beat, samples, and textures that make his remix uniquely his. Revered for his sidesplitting and eccentric visuals, Francis has also bestowed fans with a hilarious music video to go along with this remix. The video finds Francis’ exercising absolute absurdity about his home— with this year’s entertainment bar set incredibly low, this one is certainly a cause for a giggle amid the flurry of monotony that has been 2020.
