Up-and-comer HANNS taps LU for progressive lovers’ next fixation, ‘Up High’
German DJ/producer HANNS has teamed up with LU for a versatile new single, and those who gravitate towards progressive energy complemented by flowing female vocals will find their next fixation in “Up High.” HANNS initially teamed up with LU after discovering that she lived just a few miles from him. The duo proves to be a formidable combination, with LU’s unique sound paring rather compellingly with echoing, disco-infused house drops.
HANNS’s career is quickly gaining momentum. He’s received support from artists such as CamelPhat, Don Diablo, and Mark Knight, with several Toolroom Records-signed releases in his back pocket. The emergent talent is also participating in Thomas Gold‘s show TEN-A-SEASON, in which 10 producers work with Gold to take a track idea from inception to completion in hopes that the release will be signed at the end of the show. Both HANNS’ latest and its visual accompaniment are out now via Kontor Records.
