Knock2 returns to NIGHTMODE, surefire hit in hand: stream ‘PARANOiD’
Knock2 returns to NIGHTMODE with the dance floor-ready “PARANOiD.” His latest single brings the energy with bright house chords over a dark vocal with a groovy beat that’s sure to keep you moving. The track marks Knock2’s follow-up to his February 2021 outing on NIGHTMODE, “dashstar.”
Knock2 has made waves in the dance music scene with his bass-house tunes, including “murdah,” from his debut EP, 2HEARTs, “What’s the Move” with Henry Fong featuring General Degree, and his Sable Valley Summer Vol. 1 standout, “GEMS.” Our Artist to Watch in 2021 certainly lived up to the billing, with six original releases that are bonafide festival material.
The San Diego product is amongst a rising crop of talent in Southern California that includes ISOxo, Frosttop, RemK, and Aleko, who collectively make up the San Diego Waterboys. Knock2 is sitting on at least three other IDs (posted on Instagram) from his date at Academy LA in support of Flosstradamus. The second of the four featured in the video, “Hot,” made our list of the most-anticipated IDs of 2022.
