HoneyLuv levels up on first Black Book Records release, ‘Thr33 6ix 5ive’

College basketball player-turned-United-States-Navy-Sailor-turned DJ, HoneyLuv has officially unlocked her second single of 2022. “Thr33 6ix 5ive” arrives on the heels of her February house single, “Your Tongue,” which debuted on Insomniac. This time, the Los Angeles-based producer earns herself a coveted co-sign from Chris Lake‘s notoriously-trademarked Black Book Records. While somewhat challenging to transcribe, the inventively titled club shaker effectively mirrors HoneyLuv’s well-versed backgrounds in R&B, hip-hop, and house music. Also a resident DJ on LP Giobbi‘s FEMME HOUSE series, HoneyLuv continues to demonstrate her prowess as an eminent female force in dance music, especially on her latest release.

“Thr33 6ix 5ive” is now streaming everywhere via Black Book Records. Stream below.
