Michael Bibi shows a ‘Different Side’ with KinAhau, Audio Bullys
18 months in the making, Solid Grooves label boss, Michael Bibi has released “Different Side.” Partnering with Solid Grooves mainstay KinAhau—who some may know from “Blink” with Kohmi—and vocals from Audio Bullys, “Different Side” has been one of the most anticipated tech house singles of the last two years. Known for his unique style of minimal tech-house, “Different Side,” true to its title, takes a divergent approach with deeper, more prominent bass typically seen by American tech-house producers. A surefire weapon to turn up the heat on a party, Bibi’s latest single has seen roaring crowd reactions in New York, Buenos Aires, Tulum, London, and many more.
Born in the sweaty and grimy DC-10 in Ibiza, “Different Side” shows true late-night-into-the-early-morning energy from the nocturnal white isle. One of the most sought-after DJs because of his ID-speckled sets, the British DJ sure knows how to throw down a rocking and groovy bassline. Building upon the success of 2022’s “La Murga,” his latest single is primed to wow a worldwide audience. With an Ultra Resistance performance on Friday and a Solid Grooves event at Space the following morning, “Different Side” has come just in time for the biggest music week in America.
