Maximono revisits an old fling on ‘The Outtakes’
Maximono’s initial tryst with electronic music began in the late 90s, mastering breakbeats, jungle, and drum & bass. Back then, the duo emerged as the melodic brainchild of Nick and Sebi, born on the pulsating dancefloors of London’s iconic clubs. The union, organic and unscripted, became an instant sensation, propelling them from the underground to global stages of the first electronic wave. Then in 2018, nearly 2 decades later, Nick stepped away. The project lived on and Sebi continued crafting tracks, but never quite rekinlded for the duo’s shared magic.
