Dirty South – Until The End (Tom Staar Remix) [Preview]
Only shortly after Pete Tong showcased Dirty South's latest single "Until The End" on Radio 1, Tom Staar is sharing a preview of his own version of the song off Dragan's album. The London-based producer takes the original's emotional top line and appropriately converts it into a bouncy club track with more focus on moving the crowd's feet than tugging at their heart strings. Although the preview clocks in under three minutes, it's enough of a taste to get excited for Staar's work and the impending complete remix package.
Dirty South, Michael Brun, and Maarcos at Governors Island: Five tracks you need to know, Phazing Edition
New York City nightclubs may not have the bottle service or square footage to match those of Las Vegas or the miles of beach and pools to compete with Miami, but for the summer months, the Big Apple has Governors Island. Revered as one of the most alluring dance music destinations in the states, Governors Island hosts the season's hottest acts on its man-made paradise. Ferries bustled for days straight last week, as Chuckie kicked off the fourth of July, Victor Calderone and Gareth Emery hosted their own parties, and closing with a bang -- Dirty South, Michael Brun, and Maarcos threw a Phazing blowout that went down as an evening for the books.
