Club Cheval release ‘Discipline’ from upcoming album, paired with remix EP
Club Cheval's newest release, the eponymous single off their upcoming debut album Discipline, solidly aligns with the signature Cheval sound. "Discipline" fuses a syncopated deep house rhythm with melancholic synths and club-ready auto-tuned vocals, providing a quintessential preview of what is sure to come with the rest of their album. Alongside the release of "Discipline," Club Cheval have released a remix EP, featuring a diverse array of remixes from like-minded collective With You., futuristic phenomenon Ryan Hemsworth, esoteric Chicagoan producer Louis The Child, and Cheval's own Panteros666.

Jaden Smith may be be the latest Will.i.am. The elder Smith teamed up with producer Daniel D'artiste for his latest EP, This Is The Album, but Jaden must have forgot to ensure that D'artiste wasn't "borrowing" his productions from other established producers. The stand out track on the 7-cut EP, "Moon In My Room" features fellow Smith offspring, Willow Smith, a handful of Sin City samples, and one eerily recognizable backing beat courtesy of Louis the Child. It's another ugly case of a supremely popular artist co-opting someone else's work and passing it off as their own but Smith seems unphased:
