NERVO – Hold On (Fred Falke Remix)
One of the champions of the French house sound, Fred Falke, takes on Nervo's latest original "Hold On" injecting the mix with a hearty dose of glowing synthesis. Known for his beautifully composed productions, Falke was previously responsible for our favorite remix of Nero's "Reaching Out" and the talented Frenchman approaches "Hold On" with similar poise and sophistication. Delicately reworking the original with buzzing lo-fi synthwork and charming melodies, Falke transforms Liv and Mim's original into a silky smooth outing suitable for mellow afternoons and summer sunsets.
Nervo, Chuckie, Morgan Page, Sultan + Shepard and more set to spin Desert Parties
The Coachella countdown has officially commenced, and with just over a week to go, it's time to start planning your afterparties. This year the clubs will descend on the Renaissance Esmeralda Hotel, bringing four unmissable parties to Weekend 1. Greystone Manor and SBE Nightlife nabbed the Friday spot, bringing Nervo to Desert Sessions Night. Chuckie and The EC Twins follow with XIV at Hyde Beach's day party Saturday, with Morgan Page as presented by XS closing out the night. Sultan & Ned Shepard and LA Riots cap off the weekend's festivities, headlining Encore Beach's Sunday pool party.
Sultan & Ned Shepard and Nervo – Army (Tom Swoon Remix)
After enlisting the vocal talents of Omarion, Sultan & Ned Shepard and Nervo delivered their powerful pop-house crossover, "Army" back in February. A month later enters Tom Swoon, the Polish producer responsible for the hit "Not Too Late," giving the radio-friendly original a jolt of big room adrenaline. Swoon does well to manage the original's melodies while wrenching on some thunder of his own, marching "Army" into anthemic territory with a festival-friendly aesthetic.
