R3hab & ZROQ – Skydrop (Original Mix)
R3hab jumps ship to Musical Freedom for his next original production alongside usual remix collaborator ZROQ. The big room track is not what you'd expect from the chainsaw maestro, as he drops his weapon of choice and takes a step out of his comfort zone. "Skydrop" features anticipating synths and big room chords, striking with the power and edge that make do for a festival stage. Fadil and ZROQ bring their A games to give the track's title meaning -- a feeling of the sky dropping onto the dance floor. Give their latest collaboration a listen and purchase it from Beatport from Tiesto's imprint.
R3hab & ZROQ – Skydrop (Original Mix)
After a relentless barrage of remixes, R3hab has gotten back to his 'The Bottle Song" basics and created another teeth-clenching electro grindfest. Bruxism be damned, Fadil's latest collaboration with ZROQ, accurately titled "Skydrop," is the type of sawtooth driven party music we've come to expect from one of the scene's most prolific producers. ZROQ lends his production prowess to R3hab's quintessential chainsaw synthesizers on "Skydrop" -- matching them with big room chord slams and a punchy breakdown that is peppered with robotic croaks and cowls.
R3hab – A Night In (EDC Orlando 2012 Anthem)
The word prolific cannot even begin to describe the rate at which Fadil El Ghoul, the trigger-happy producer known as R3hab, releases new productions. His sand-blasted synthesis and self-proclaimed "chainsaw madness" have successfully carved him a niche all his own in the dance music landscape. On his EDC Orlando 2012 Anthem version of "A Night In," R3hab's signature high-octane electro is accompanied by crisp big room chord play and bouncy arpeggios. In the usual R3hab fashion, the builds here are big and the drops are gritty and visceral - juxtaposed nicely by subtle melodic touches. It's refreshing to see "The Bottle Song" producer create a new original - it's where his style truly shines.
