Seven Lions captivates the imagination at Give Back festival, offers commentary on set
Jeff Montalvo, or Seven Lions as his stage name goes, has proved to be one of OWSLA's most promising new talents. The Santa Barbara dubstep producer took over Sacramento last week with the help of Tritonal and Topher Jones for Midnite Events' annual Give Back show, throwing down a 75 minute set of riveting dubstep, house and trance offerings.
Seven Lions – Days to Come (AU5 & I.Y.F.F.E. Remix)
While the Coyote Kisses Cover won the community pick for the Beatport Play remix contest of Seven Lions' "Days to Comes," it was AU5 & I.Y.F.F.E. who took the overall honors. Hand selected for the grand prize by Seven Lions himself, AU5 & I.Y.F.F.E.'s remix of "Days to Come" is a heavier drumstep take on Jeff Montalvo's dreamy dubstep single.

You'd probably find these tracks with high play counts in our music libraries and dripping with nostalgia if you make us talk about them further.
10 tracks to celebrate the End of the World

To accompany Armageddon, we have provided a list of tunes that will add appropriate theme music to the backdrop of imminent annihilation. Hopefully, you can find consolation in their uplifting message. Godspeed.
Seven Lions – Days To Come (Coyote Kisses Cover)
A healthy blend of cloudstep, spacerock, and glitterpunk, the Coyote Kisses’ cover of Seven Lions is a mellifluous and multifarious symphony of sound. With a mix of live instrumentation and software production, this adaptation ending up taking the form of a cover more than a remix.
