Sweater Beats’ new Kastle remix is irrefutably awesome
With each new release, Sweater Beats proves himself to be a bit more versatile. While the New Yorker beat-maker originally gained his namesake through polished baby-making jams, he’s since expanded his arsenal to future bass, Jersey club and everything in-between. His newest work, a remix of Kastle’s “Anything’s Possible,” is quite possibly his largest tune yet.
Channeling what can only be described as blissful Flume vibes, Sweater Beats turns Kastle’s new garage single into something irrefutably awesome. Incorporating layers of side-chained supersaws may seem like common practice these days, but getting the balance right is a delicate art. Thankfully, Sweater Beats executes the technique with precision and flair. His remix is due for release on Symbols on September 2nd.
