Dillon Francis and Skrillex unleash their moombahton monster ‘Bun Up The Dance’
Dillon Francis‘ knack for building anticipation toward his unreleased tracks is unparalleled within the industry. He began stoking anticipation for his upcoming moombahton EP This Mixtape Is Fire by including particularly notable cuts from it in 2014 performances, before even announcing a release date for Money Sucks, Friends Rule. Inarguably, the most talked about track from the forthcoming EP has been his long-awaited Skrillex collaboration, “Bun Up the Dance.”
Today, the brainchild of these two icons is available for download. Dillon and Skrillex venture back to Dillon’s early days as a budding Mad Decent recruit, proffering a slow moombahton groove, centered around harsh, tribal synths and layered with a fitting ragga vocal from singer Georgia Ku. This Mixtape is Fire still won’t be fully available until August 14th, but you can download “Bun Up the Dance,” now by pre-ordering the EP here.
