Parisian house producer Zimmer recently gifted fans with a stunning rework of his hit “Escape” featuring singer Emilie Adams — and it may be even better than the original. The official remix comes from Los Angeles-based producer Durante whose chill, groovy house vibes blend together harmoniously with Zimmer’s disco-inspired elements and Adams’ tantalizing vocal seduction. Detailing the remix’s inspiration, the rising producer says “it speaks to me in a way that is reminiscent of a loved one whispering words of reassurance in your ear, even when it seems impossible to move forward…” As the dance music industry progresses towards a genre-bending aesthetic, “Escape” embodies all the necessary ingredients for a record that maintains its own unique identity and soul. 

While Durante has kept busy in 2015 opening for acts like Flight Facilities and Rufus Du Sol, Zimmer continues his globe-trotting tour in Asia and the US through the end of the year. The “Escape” remix package is available now.
