Watch Skrillex’s debut Boiler Room set in full
Boiler Room made its official expansion to China earlier this year, hosting takeovers in Beijing and Shanghai. Now, in tandem with International Music Summit Asia-Pacific, they’ve linked up with Skrillex for a new Shanghai edition. What’s more, the show marks Sonny Moore’s first-ever Boiler Room appearance.
Taking place in a small hole in the wall in the city, Boiler Room hosted a rowdy showcase with Moore and local bass music talents like Zean, Conrank, Damacha, and Cavia. As you’d expect from the setting, Skrillex took the chance to deliver a pummeling set of tracks from artists like Joyride, Getter, Malaa, Eptic and more. Surrounded by hungry fans and friends, it’s one of the more wild (and intimate) performances you’ll see from Skrillex.
