SAYMYNAME delivers heavy-handed new mix ahead of HARD Summer [Exclusive]

Giving SAYMYNAME a festival PA system may be a dangerous idea. The burgeoning Los Angeles beat-maker is lined up to play HARD Summer‘s tenth anniversary festival in August, and if his new mixtape serves as any indication, ear plugs will be an absolute necessity…for safety purposes. Producing behind a moniker that was inspired by a Headhunterz track, SAYMYNAME, real name Dayvid Sherman, champions an incredibly aggressive hybrid sound that does not shy away from its evident influences. The new mix flails, kicks, and screams with seemingly boundless fervor, as Sherman weaves together an hour long marathon of massive festival set weapons.

The head splitting session stitches together tracks from Valentino Khan, Flosstradamus, NGHTMRE, Herobust, Skrillex, Crankdat, Getter, and Zomboy among a handful of SAYMYNAME productions, all coined by Sherman’s signature “HARDTRAP” theme. Blending heavy dubstep, loud hardstyle breaks, hip-hop, and of course a deafening dose of festival-primed trap music, SAYMYNAME turns up the volume ahead of HARD Summer with his punishing new mixtape contribution.
