Two years ago, Dirtybird Records head honcho Claude VonStroke launched a weekly radio-show, dubbed “The Birdhouse,” as way of familiarizing fans with a whole slew of artists from across the international tech-house scene as well as within his own record label.
Since it’s inception, Dirtybird aficionados were treated to a brand new episode every Thursday morning, recorded straight from VonStroke’s studio in Venice Beach. To celebrate the show’s two year anniversary, however, VonStroke steps outside of his California home for a live recording from his birthday set at Amnesia in Ibiza. The 105th episode, which aired Sept. 14, features a full hour of upbeat techno and beguiling, romp-shaking deep house.
