Four Tet drops 16 scattered tracks on SoundCloud
Just a month and a half after releasing Sixteen Oceans, Four Tet is back with loads of unreleased tracks. In no particular order, Four Tet has uploaded 16 songs to his SoundCloud channel with no word of warning but a simple tweet saying “releasing music tomorrow.” The tracks vary in origin, from his Destiny’s Child-sampling “Lose My Breath” to “Angels Echoes 127 version,” which reworks Four Tet’s 2010 track. Most tracks are available to download, which Four Tet recommended fans take advantage of quickly before they are taken down for copyright.
The smattering of singles comes after Four Tet’s highly touted isolated Boiler Room set, featuring unreleased edits of Björk and Caribou among the forest setting of his performance space.
