Brondo lifts the curtain on thrashing sophomore LP, ‘Concrete Jungle’

Since 2019, Denver’s Brondo has been scripting a compelling campaign for bass supremacy in dance/electronic circles. His breakout year started with a sold-out debut show in Colorado; shortly thereafter came his first studio album, Bass Jungle. The three years that have ensued have been riddled with increasing successes for Brondo, who’s scored placement on Lost Lands’ 2021 compilation, not to mention slots at Lost Lands, Decadence, Imagine Music Festival, Ubbi Dubbi, and Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Now, the rapidly ascending bass maven can add sophomore LP to his lengthening list of accomplishments.

A hammering collision of bass, riddim, and dubstep, the 12-track outing is a heady hit of the low-end led by three pre-album singles, “The King,” “Push Somebody,” and “Dick Twist.” Bass enthusiasts unfamiliar with Brondo are encouraged to stream Concrete Jungle, a project that cements Brondo’s deserved status as an artist to watch, below.
