TWO LANES continue melodic streak with ‘Belong’
Fans of Lane 8, his imprint, organic house, melodic house, and chillwave will want to turn their ears to TWO LANES’ latest—and to the brothers project in general, if not familiar with it. The production pair comprising brothers Leo and Rafa translate their signature blend of analogue synthesizers, minimal beat elements, and acoustic piano recordings to “Belong,” an ambient answer to “Healing” that surpasses five mellifluous minutes. Ebbing and flowing with melodic ease, “Belong” is neither over nor understated. It’s tranquil and intentional, unfurling in the balanced artistry signature to TWO LANES. Sonically, “Belong” dovetails with “Healing” and with “Ascend,” released at the tailend of May.
The immersive experience of “Belong” heads to the live circuit from September 8 – October 18, during which TWO LANES will join BAYNK on tour, with stops planned across California, Oregon, and Arizona, among other states.
