Mind Against make awaited return Afterlife with ‘Dreamcast’
Afterlife and Italian producers seem to be a match made in heaven. Mind Against are validating that once more, returning to Dancing Astronaut‘s 2022 Label of the Year with a breathtaking original, “Dreamcast.” The duo have remained one of Afterlife’s most-well known and established artists and “Dreamcast” marks their first production on Tale of Us‘ imprint since 2021. After spending a majority of 2022 fine-tuning their debut collaborative album—fabric presents Mind Against: Exclusives—”Dreamcast” represents only the second single of the year for the artists.
With a dream-like progressive charm and a minimalist drum framework, “Dreamcast” steps in with a trance-induced lead before a deep, techno-rigged bassline kicks in and Mind Against add a piano sequence to polish off their new single. Somewhat reminiscent to Eric Prydz‘s most famed work, it’s easy to see why “Dreamcast” has taken off in European clubs and venues. Stream Mind Against’s final single of 2022 below.
