If there’s something that Vintage Culture isn’t afraid to try, it’s producing across all styles of house, and even a little bit of techno. Originally beginning his career as a Brazilian-bass producer, Vintage Culture’s latest adventure dives into the melodic-techno realm. Out now via Tomorrowland Music, Fractions lands as a two-track EP, including the recently delivered A-side, “Agape.”

Having now delivered back-to-back releases on Tomorrowland Music, Vintage Culture continues to establish his place as a leading artist for the Belgian festival’s label branch. After two summers spent with a residency in Hï Ibiza‘s club room, the rise of melodic techno continues to rub off on Vintage Culture. Using his experience with house music, Vintage Culture exercises distorted synths before deep kicks pave the way for entrancing basslines, with Fractions sharing similar properties to the style of Afterlife while also maintaining a quicker pace. Comparing the two tracks on the EP, “Fractions” holds more of a dynamic, uptempo feel relative to “Agape’s” deeper, dark melody. Used as the closer to both of Vintage Culture’s Tomorrowland sets, “Fractions” is the perfect closing track to audiences that simply cannot get enough. Stream both Fractions cuts below.
