Premiere: OddKidOut makes fittingly titled debut on HARD Recs with ‘NUCLEAR’

OddKidOut‘s list of high-profile label alliances has grown once again with his new original alongside Roger Montgomery, “NUCLEAR.” The Philadelphia native has made the rounds on Monstercat, BASSRUSH, and OWSLA just to name a few, but for the first time ever he has now found a home on Insomniac‘s HARD Recs.

Aptly named, “NUCLEAR” marks OddKidOut’s 2023 debut, serving a trap-heavy production that’s perfectly complimented by a hip-hop-ready topline. The finger-drumming maestro is on the heels of his debut release with Monstercat “CODES” alongside Macntaj as well as his bitbird-hosted cut “SLEEP” with Isabèl Usher. With more tour dates to come in the new year, OddKidOut is coming off a year in which he made his EDC Orlando introduction and provided some insight into his single, explaining,

“I’ve always wanted to release a track with HARD Recs, so ‘NUCLEAR’ is a special one for me. Combining trap and hip-hop is one of my favorite things to do. I’m hyped that this one is out now, and as always, I can’t wait to finger drum along to it when it drops!”

“NUCLEAR” is out everywhere via HARD Recs on January 27, but can be streamed in full one day early, exclusively on Dancing Astronaut.
