Last November, Los Angeles’ triple-threat singer-songwriter-producer Isaiah Brown forayed into the long-format setting for the first time with his debut LP, DREAMERBOY. Now, just in time for the 2023 spring/summer season, the Oregon-hailing talent gives one of the album’s standouts (“Please Be The One”) a second wind with a ruminative visual, aptly set on the beach. Rife with easy, breezy California vibes that strike a sunny contrast with the song’s ponderous lyrics, the video for this DREAMERBOY favorite follows the visual accompaniment for “Me & U,” also from the LP. In the midst of translating “Please Be The One” from audio experience to audiovisual experience, Brown is preparing for his upcoming GENESIS Tour, with details soon to come on his official website, as well as a new EP.
