Dancing Astronaut and Wavefront present Axis, Episode 064: Mixed by Bambi
After a day spent barbecuing and celebrating in backyards across the US, the morning after July 4th is always one defined by bad sunburns and worse hangovers. Thankfully the beautiful Eva Shaw, better known as Bambi, lends her talents to our 64th edition of Axis. Just like kicking the dog that bit you, Bambi's mix doesn't try to nurse you back to normalcy. Instead she kicks you out of bed, puts a beer in your hand and reminds you that the holiday weekend has just begun - so quit being so soft. Don't let her looks deceive you, the talented DJ works through 16 of big room and electro's most unrelenting tracks from her own bootleg of Blasterjaxx & Billy the Kit's "Loud & Proud" to Flosstradamus & DJ Slink's "Crown Ctrl." Press play to shake off the mid-morning haze and hop past the break to see the Bambi's full tracklist.

Lending their big room electro style to Axis #2 and #34, the Russian trio's latest Axis outing is a twelve track journey through some of the grittiest big room anthems EDM has to offer. Featuring tracks from Martin Garrix, Style of Eye, Hard Rock Sofa and more Swanky Tunes kick your Friday morning off right, jumpstarting your day with a heavy dose of synthesized adrenaline. This cup of coffee is definitely not decaf.
Dancing Astronaut presents Axis, Episode 060: Mixed by EEKO
Dancing Astronaut radio host EEKO gets back behind the decks for our 60th anniversary Axis. In typical fashion, EEKO pieces together an interesting journey through 25 chart-topping productions and Dancing Astronaut exclusives. Jam-packed with EEKO's own personal edits, Dancing Astronaut's 60th is far from showing its age - maintaining a gripping big room backbone as it ebbs and flows between airy progressive melodies and teeth-kicking electro house. Let this one set your weekend off right, but be careful - finishing out your work day may prove impossible.
Dancing Astronaut presents Axis, Episode 059: Mixed by Baggi Begovic
Musical Freedom upstart Baggi Begovic joins the Axis family for its 59th installment. One of the many promising talents in Tiësto's syndicate, Baggi curates a rousing hour of big room bangers, including 8 exclusive tracks and 3 unreleased tracks from the Musical Freedom mastermind himself. Opening with his massive collaboration with Tiësto, Mark Alston and Jason Tayler "Love and Run," Baggi sets a pace that doesn't let up. Taking center stage in the mix, Baggi's original "Compromise" explodes, only to be followed by a mash up of "If A Lie Was Love" and Tommy Trash's "Cascade." His remix of Avril Lavigne's "HTNGU" is joined by another pop experiment, this time in the form of Rod Stewart's "Sexual Religion" - a track that represents some of his best work to date. With Baggi's career trajectory already aimed for the stars, this up-and-coming producer uses his Axis debut to show that he is already shining brighter than most.
Dancing Astronaut presents Axis, Episode 055: Mixed by Helena
For a special Tuesday edition of Axis the lovely Helena graces our airwaves with an adrenaline packed hour of peak time floor shakers. Helena showcases her ear for mash-ups and quick transitions on her Axis debut, packing twenty tracks and mashes into her hour long mix. Maintaining an unrelenting pace throughout, the UK-born, Australian-bred DJ deftly assembles a high-energy set destined for repeat plays and party soundtracks. Shunning airy melodies in favor of some of today's hardest-hitting cuts, Helena embodies the heavy electro mindset of Australia's rowdy nightlife.
