Listen to NERO live from Coachella
When it comes to electronic music there are few acts as lauded as the UK trio NERO. Despite only one album deep in their career and a 4 year silence, NERO has maintained their status as one of electronica's premier talents. 2015 will see their long-delayed sophomore effort Between Two Worlds finally release ahead of three critically-acclaimed singles. Last night during Coachella's first day, Alana Watson, Joe Ray and Dan Stephens made their triumphant return known with an hour of grinding electronica that led off with "Satisfy" and touched on all of their hits, past and present.
NERO’s sophomore album has a name, a release date, and title track ‘Between Two Worlds’
Grammy-winners and electronic masterminds NERO have been teasing their return for over a year with two singles and social media breadcumbs along the way. Comprised of Dan Stephens, Joe Ray, and Alana Watson, the trio follow up the success of their debut album 'Welcome Reality' with the forthcoming 'Between Two Worlds.' Four years in the making, NERO accompanied the announcement with the debut of the album's title track. A haunting soundscape from a dystopian sci fi film, "Between Two Worlds" acts as the perfect introduction for what is destined to be one of 2015's most ambitious albums.

March's Top 10 spans a handful of genres and includes exciting returns and twists. Efforts include deadmau5 working up a 9-minute long edit, the return of NERO, Tiƫsto and KSHMR going big, Major Lazer and DJ Snake's latest gem, Cashmere Cat's tag-team with Ariana Grande and more.
Nero ignites the album trail with ‘The Thrill’
To say we've been waiting patiently for the followup to Nero's Welcome Reality would be a gross understatement. Today, however, marks an important milestone in the run up to their sophomore LP: the second single from the album. Considering "Satisfy" arrived last May, the release of "The Thrill" may signal the beginning of the official album campaign -- especially considering the news that the album entered its mastering stage last month.
NERO to premiere new music this week
It's been nearly 4 years since NERO released Welcome Reality, the ground-breaking electronic album that garnered the trio both critical-acclaim and a rabid fanbase. Back in May they broke the silence with "Satisfy," a track reminiscent of their earlier work complete with Alana Watson's stunning vocal cues. Their yet unnamed sophomore album was said to be in its final stages in February after the mastering engineer revealed that he was adding the final coat of paint to the group's latest full length. The latest piece of NERO news comes in the form of a cryptic teaser post on the trio's social channels. Nothing more than a name, a date, and a time have been revealed but early speculation leads us to believe this will be the second single from their hotly-anticipated return.
