Griz releases new single ‘A Fine Way To Die’ after year-long wait
After a year of working in the studio with his good friend Orlando Napier, funk master Griz is proud to present his brand new single, “A Fine Way To Die.” The self-proclaimed “Certified funk ‘n soul professional” has worked hard to deliver his first original release since his album Rebel Era dropped last year. Chock full of all the Griz essentials from a raspy vocalist to his familiar sultry saxophone and a bit of rock and roll, the Michigan-born producer is back and better than ever. To add to the festivities, Griz is having a bit of fun with fans before his big hometown show on December 12th with ODESZA, aptly called Grizmas.
Leading up to the show, the “12 days of Grizmas” will include a series of contests, giveaways and activities that are all going to support national charity Little Kids Rock. The organization has already spread good vibes to 325,00 children around the country, delivering music classes and free instruments to underprivileged neighborhoods at no cost to the districts.
