Protocol head honcho Nicky Romero returns to form with a powerful progressive pop ballad alongside the vocal stylings of Alice Berg. Berg has just recently signed to LMG and this track serves as part of what promises to be a breakout year with plenty of new music coming down the pipeline. The duo’s collaboration, “My Way,” tells a tale as old as time, documenting a tumultuous relationship on a downward spiral. But it’s not all melancholy and malaise; thanks to Romero’s organic melodies and percussive breakdown with Berg’s bright and empowering vocals this break up track is one catchy shower sing-a-long.
