Saints of Valory – Neon Eyes (Matisse & Sadko Remix) [Preview]
With “Neon Eyes,” Matisse and Sadko have taken a poppy guitar ballad and turned it into a classic piece of fizzling, pumping electronica. Synths take over for guitars and spew brightly and aggressively, driving the track throughout its development. Over the course of these five-and-a-half minutes, “Neon Eyes” experiences builds, declines, ramp-ups, and of course, drops. So with all that electronic and dance influence permeating throughout, it’s even more remarkable that the tune still retains the integrity of the original track. This is a masterfully done remix, a roller coaster of dynamics, and as danceable as ever.
