Party Favor and MASN pull into sweeter melodies with ‘Anxious’
Party Favor is changing up the speed with his latest release, “Anxious” with MASN via Ultra Music. Delving into slower and sweeter melodies, the track finds Party Favor and MASN reflecting on personal anxieties. Alongside the new single, the two collaborators released a music video for the track which sees them taking on the Imperial Sand Dunes in Glamis, California.
Featuring stretching mounds of sand and bouncing dune buggies, the music video for “Anxious” encompasses MASN’s reflective lyrics. Speaking on his influence to create the track, Party Favor shared,
“‘Anxious’ was born out of a desire to express my feelings towards anxiety in a song. I struggle with anxiety and I know a lot of other people do as well. I wanted to work with MASN for a while, I knew he would be so perfect for this song. His vocals are incredible and I hope you enjoy it. This is one of the more mellow songs I’ve made and I’m excited to try something different.”
“Anxious” follows up Party Favor’s November release, “Whenever You’re Around,” and his August single, “Save Me.” With his SIDEPIECE project alongside Nitti Gritti, Party Favor has remixed Calvin Harris‘ “By Your Side” and released their highly-coveted “Just A SIDEPIECE” ID in recent months.
